if you love bold flavours with a balance of tang, creaminess and a hint of sweetness, this sweet and sour Lemon mayo sauce will hit the spot. We created this blend randomly one day for a single serve and it instantly became a flavour bomb we knew we had to include in our meal preps. Now scaled for a full week of meal prep, it’s perfect for crispy chicken, grilled tofu or as a dip with wraps. Think of it as a cross between lemon aioli and Asian style dipping sauce.
