Simple, healthy, nourishing, and made to fuel your week with flavour and ease. It began with wanting to lose weight — but turned into a lifestyle shift we didn’t see coming. From finding comfort in routine to learning what actually fuels our body (yes, even with sauces and sweet treats!), this journey has been far from perfect, but so worth it.

We aim to consume 2 protein types each week. Just 100g per meal — no macro maths required, just a kitchen scale.
VEGES 🥦

Not gonna lie — veggies and I are still at the acquaintances phase.
Keep it basic: 2–3 types max, and yes, sometimes it’s just mushrooms and lettuce on repeat. But hey, half the plate is meant for greens, not joy (kidding… kind of)
CARBS 🍚
Rice? Pasta? Roti? Yes, yes, and yes. The trick?
Prep 1–2 carbs for the week and portion about 100g per meal (yes, the kitchen scale). Don’t fear carbs, just pair them right and they’ll fuel you, not fight you.
SAUCES 🥣
No dry, sad meals here. I still use sauces because life’s too short for plain salads
I to 2 tablespoon is the ‘golden ratio’ — just enough to make it taste good, not guilt-inducing. It’s called balance, babe.
