If you’re looking for a punchy, creamy sauce to elevate your meal prep game – this one is it. I created this caesar-inspired sauce on a whim using what was in the fridge, and it’s since become a family favourite. It’s rich, umami-packed, slightly tangy and pairs well with salads, wraps, grilled meats or as a dip. It’s especially great if you want something creamy without relying on heavy creams or cheese blends. Best part? It takes less than 5 minutes to prep!
