Looking for a refreshing sauce to cut through your heavier meal prep dishes? This tangy dill dressing might be your new favourite. Originally inspired by Melbourne-based meal prep content creatorTonia Camachas, we have tweaked her recipe slightly to suit our taste (you can watch her recipe here!) and it has been our favourites for a zesty kick! This one is perfect if you want something creamy yet low in fat, and it goes especially well with grilled proteins, salad bowls or wraps.
Dill Cottage Cheese Dressing recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Ingredients:
- 125g cottage cheese (about 1/2 tub)
- A splash of lemon juice
- 7g dill
- 1/4 cup thai style salad dressing
- Mixed dried herbs to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Taste and adjust; add more lemon for zing, extra herbs for a punch
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate
This dressing is especially great for salmon bowls, drizzling over roasted veges and dipping with crackers. If you’re lookking to rotate your usual sauces with something herbaceous, light, tangy, then this dressing is worth a try. It’s low fuss and meal prep friendly, plus has cottage cheese which provides a healthy base.
